New capoeira
hah! I had a wonderful capoeira lesson, the main point, why the lesson was so cool – we were playing and reggae music was on! I understood what reggae suits capoeira perfectly 
For everybody – try to play by reggae music – a nice result recommended
had some ideas about writing several things… now they had gone out from my head!
Have 6 apples and porridge for today. I cut my finger today’s morning.. hehe It still hurts.
I hope, that it will be ok during my capoeira lesson. tomorrow gonna write about our festival!
